Elf mascot visits are available for booking only within Fife. We will cover only Fife postcodes.

In the event of severe weather conditions or official weather warnings that advise against travel, we reserve the right to postpone your booking to a later date that is mutually suitable. If we cannot agree on a new date, the booking may be cancelled.
**3. Arrival Times:**
Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed for our elf visits. We will plan the most economical route based on bookings, and while we will inform you of your position on the list, please note that road conditions and traffic may affect our arrival time.
**4. Cancellation Policy:**
If you wish to cancel your visit, please note that we do not offer refunds.
**5. Postponements:**
If you need to postpone your visit, we will do our best to accommodate a date change; however, we cannot guarantee that a new date will be available.
