Mascot Terms and Conditions of Hire
We appreciate your business, and we want to take a moment to provide you with some important information regarding our mascot hire terms and conditions.
Our customers' cooperation and compliance helps us maintain our costumes in the best possible condition. As the costumes are hired out on a weekly basis, we put forth our best efforts to clean them before each use, and request that customers show reasonable care to assure these costumes' longevity. Please note that while we strive for excellent, very good, and good hireable condition costumes, their overall condition and age will differ. To outline this clearly, we try to adjust our pricing based on age and condition.
When you pick up your costume, ensure that you carefully and swiftly inspect it for any problems. Report any issues to us within 4 hours of collection by calling 07498 195 173 or emailing info@totstounsoftplay.co.uk
Please ensure that the mascot costume you hire is the right size for the person wearing it, since wearing a costume that is too small may rip the zips and seams.
The party mascot is prohibited from being worn outdoors in wet or dirty conditions, and must be returned clean and in the same condition as was supplied - a cleaning fee will be charged if the costume is returned damaged or soiled. On collection, please agree to a specific return date and time, and ensure adherence to this timeline. If a mascot has not been returned on the agreed date, we will add a £10 per-day fee until we receive the costume.
By agreeing with company terms and conditions you are agreeing that if the costume is beyond repair and deemed to be a total loss then the full amount to replace the costume is payable by you/the customer.
Tots Toun soft play are not responsible for any injuries caused to any persons whilst wearing the costume on hire.
Strictly no smoking cigarettes in or near the costumes.
No eating while wearing the costumes, no running races or participating in sports.
No face-paints or glitter to be used near the mascot costume or be worn by the mascot wearer as it causes permanent stains to the equipment.
You will be asked to sign a copy of these terms and conditions on collection of the mascot(s)
