Set up- Please ensure you check the sizes of this inflatable. We need easy access to where you would like the slide, meaning no stairs. We cannot take this inflatable upstairs. Outdoors we can only set up on real grass.

OUTDOOR HIRES - The only way we can secure a bouncy castle to the ground outdoors is by hammering stakes into the ground, for this reason we prefer to only set up on REAL GRASS. We can set up on astroturf providing that we can hammer stakes far enough into the ground and you give permission for us to hammer the stakes through the astroturf. We cannot set up outdoors on hard standing surfaces such as slabs, monoblock, tarmac, decking etc. We can only set up in secure private gardens, we cannot set up on council grass areas or in shared gardens. Please ensure easy access to your garden. Garden must be free of any dog mess and a clear area big enough for the bouncy castle to be inflated with space around about the castle. Please note we will need access to a power point for this castle. Delivery Times for outdoor hires range between 0830- 1030 and collection between 1630-1830. If you need a specific time please state this on the booking form and we will do our best. Bouncy castles cannot be set up in heavy rain or high winds, if weather conditions on the day of hire prove unsafe your castle will need to be moved to an indoor venue or reschedule.

INDOOR HIRES- Please state on the booking form what time you have hall access from and party start and finish time, We need this information as close to booking as possible to allow us to work this into our schedule. Please when booking a hall make sure you have checked sizes and the bouncy castle will fit, remember to take things like low hanging lights into consideration. Please ensure easy access into the hall, no stairs etc. Some Fife Council halls will ask for additional information when booking please email us and we can provide you with a copy of our bouncy castles test certificate and liability insurance. Please also note that some council halls also require you to have someone from the hiring company to stay and supervise the inflatable, if you need this service please add this onto the booking form Inflatable supervision

Please note no pets are allowed onto our castles, no face paints, no confetti balloons or silly string.
